	Gary is a company director with considerable experience in the finance sector. He was previously a joint owner of Reeves Moses, a significant niche merchant bank and financial planning arm with a growing national network of franchised offices. Gary was formerly with Countrywide Bank where he held a number of General Management positions and was a member of its Executive Board.
Roger Moses - Independent Director, B Com, CFP, FNZIM, FINSTD
	Roger is a company director with considerable business experience, particularly in the areas of investment and finance. During his career Roger has been a director of many companies, both public and private and has a sound reputation as an innovative thinker.
Don Young - Independent Director, B Com, CA
	Don has had extensive experience in general and finance management, both in New Zealand and overseas. Don is a Chartered Accountant and has held numerous senior management and executive roles both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand. He was previously a co-owner and Joint Founding Director of Aqua-Cool Limited, which had grown over 15 years to become one of the largest water cooler suppliers and the largest nationwide water delivery company in New Zealand.
